We collect deposits for visits during peak season. One nights deposit may be required to reserve rooms for stays up to 4 nights with longer stays requiring a deposit of 25% with the balance is due upon arrival. We accept cash, checks, all major credit cards and gold nuggets.
Beginning May 1st, 2008 Please arrive for check in between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Please note the Inn does not have 24 hr staff on hand for late check arrivals.
We realize that all travel plans can’t fit into this time period but we hope our guests will do their best to make
it to the Inn during these times. Your Innkeepers prefer an early check-in to a late one. Even if your rooms are not ready, we can usually provide your keys and will hold your baggage in a secure place until the rooms are ready. There are good places to eat in Gorham, so if your running late and are hungry, check-in and then head to dinner. The Sebago Brewing Company is 1 1/2 blocks from the Inn. Reasonably late check-in times are ok with prior arrangement only.
Extremely late check in times will be subject to a grumpy and irritable Innkeeper. Since your Innkeepers
are the chief cook and bottle washer and the person checking you in is also the person making your breakfast
in the morning, we really need our beauty sleep. Although you might argue that, try as we might, it doesn’t help any.
If your travel arrangements cannot get you to Gorham during reasonable hours we suggest
you spend your first night in Maine at a decent hotel with 24 hour staff. Close to exit 45 on I 95 are several
budget hotels. We would be happy to assist with directions.
11:00 a.m.
Sometimes our guests may have additional time to spend before catching a flight or making the return trip home.
If this is the case, guests are welcome to relax in the common areas of the Inn after the 11:00 check out time.
All we ask is to have access to the guest room if we are expecting
another check in that day. If not, we can be flexible on your check out time.

Full refund of your deposit for Cancellations made 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations of less than 10 days prior to arrival may forfeit the deposit.
However, in the event that your room can be re-booked, your deposit will be refunded minus a 6% service charge.
If rooms cannot be re-booked management reserves the right to charge full rate for the rooms. No shows or cancellations within 24 hours of visit are charged full rate.

We try to accommodate the needs of our guests traveling with kids. Having two of our own we truly understand
what it means to travel with them. We also know that finding a quality Inn that welcomes families is hard to find.
Although we don’t expect kids to be quiet at all times, we do expect that they should
have the ability to talk in a normal indoor speaking volumn.
We also expect that all kids should know how to walk through the Inn.
We normally don’t have Olympic speed trails in the hallways and we hope our younger guests understand the difference.
It is also important that all visiting kids understand what it means to respect another’s home and more importantly, to respect other guests privacy and space. As we expect all guests to respect each other. Non-overnight guests are welcome to visit your room between 9 AM and 9 PM. PineCrest is our home.
Observance of our guidlines is important for the relaxation and comfort of all our guests during your stay at PineCrest.
Parents, if you feel your kids are unable follow our simple guidelines, we would be happy to suggest several more appropriate places to stay.
Additional Note for families or those traveling with additional guests:
We have rooms with pull out sofas, folding cots, Day beds with trundles and a pack and play. We charge for the use of all additional sleeping bedding regardless of the age of the guest. The 3rd guest is $15 and the 4th guest is an additional $10 per night..

PineCrest is a non-smoking facility -
Those who choose to smoke in the rooms will be charged a $200 cleaning fee. Guests are welcome to smoke outside on the grounds. Sorry, but we have to be tough on this one.
