Check-in: Please check in between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM. The PineCrest does not have 24 hour staff so we apologize but we unable accommodate late arrivals. Our concern is for all our guests who may have already settled in for evening. For the security and safety of all, we do not leave keys at the door.
How to Cancel. You must call the PineCrest at least 14 (fourteen) days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation.
No emailed cancellations will be allowed In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than (14) fourteen days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, we ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a partial refund will be made. Regardless of when a reservation is canceled due to processing fees, all refunds are subject to a $20 service charge.
Changes to the dates of your Reservation Reservations canceled within the 14 day period may be re-booked for a future date but will be charged any applicable fees or charges. All charges will be subtracted from future reservation. If future dates are canceled all fees and charges will be applied. No Shows or cancellations within 72 hours of the day of arrival will be charged regular rate.
Reservations canceled with a date of arrival in less than 2 days are non refundable.
Group reservations: It's always best to call in person when considering the PineCrest for large groups. We may require a minimum night stay. Number of total rooms may also be limited due to high impact seasonal periods.
Deposits: A one night deposit will be charge for all reservations. Long term stays may be subject to a 25% deposit.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.
Single Nights Stays: We will do our best to accommodate single night room requests from May to November. But we have to reserve the right to shift room requests when necessary. We will notify you in the case we have to shift your reservation to a different room
Other: Checkout: 11:00 AM. No Smoking ~ No Pets ~ Children are Welcome. A $200 fee will be charged to your card if smoking or excessive damage occurs in your room. Yes, breaking chairs or leaving greasy pizza boxes on your silk duvet is considered damage to your room. And guests with poor attitudes who behave in a rude and nasty manner may be asked to leave. In other words, be nice. Life is too short.
