• Quincy – First floor, queen bed, decorative fireplace, TV, DVD player, WIFI, summer A/C, en-suite private bath with walk-in shower, and sleeps 2.
• Stoningham Mini-Suite - First floor, queen bed, private living room, TV, DVD player, WIFI, summer A/C, en-suite private bath, and sleeps 2.

• Hamilton – First floor, Deluxe Queen, built-ins, private entrance, TV,  WIFI, summer A/C, en suite private bath with walk-in shower, Napoleon Electric Fire Place, and sleeps 2.
• Brook Bridge – First Floor King Garden Room, TV, WIFI, summer A/C, en-suite bath, and sleeps 2.
• Amherst Suite – Second floor, queen bed, decorative fireplace, TV, DVD (in bedroom),  WIFI, en suite large private bath, large living room/sitting area with comfortable fold-out, flat-screen HD TV, summer A/C, and sleeps 2 (comfortably can sleep one more adult or 2 children on pull-out sofa).
• Gorham – Second floor, King bed with day bed and trundle, decorative fireplace, wall-mounted flat-screen TV and DVD player, WIFI, sitting area, summer A/C and en-suite private bath, and sleeps 4.

Rates
House Rental based on 16 registered guests.   It does not include alcohol, additional optional items, additional staffing, a refundable damage deposit - $500, a non-refundable cleaning deposit $300. Reservation requires payment in full at the time of reservation. All cancellation policies in effect at a 60-day cancellation policy minus refund/administrative fees.  All major credit cards accepted.
